Return and Refund Policy:
Our Luxette Teams wants to ensure that you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not delighted with your order, we'll gladly accept returns and provide refunds or exchanges.
Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in its original condition
- Be unused and unworn
- Have all original tags and packaging attached
- Be returned within 15 days of delivery
Return Procedure
To initiate a return:
- Contact us via email info.luxettesa@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and whether you'd like a refund or exchange
- We'll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed
- Ship the item back to us at the address provided, with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package
Refund Policy:
- Refunds will be processed within (5-7 business days) of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.
Please note the cost of shipping to exchange an item will be for the customer's account.
Exchange Policy:
- If you'd like to exchange an item, please follow the return procedure above. We'll provide a store credit for the full purchase price of the item(s) returned, which can be used towards a new purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days and we'll provide a replacement or refund, at our discretion.
Final Sale Items:
- Please note that final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
